During National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs Week {18-24 September 2017} seven Nottinghamshire clubs took on the chairman’s challenge to create a bale sculpture promoting their club.
During the week the countryside was littered with clubs working together to best promote their club. Collingham YFC sited their bale combine in a field on the side of the A1 slip road into Newark, Worksop YFC also choose the unmistakable combine design, Papplewick YFC created a sprayer, Tuxford YFC tried to re-create Supermoo the YFC mascot, Cropwell YFC choose a Round bale bear design and Lowdham went all military with their version of a tank.
A great effort from all the clubs, well done, lets see what next year Chairman’s has in store!
