The Nottinghamshire YFC Santa’s Tractor Run is taking place on Saturday 5th December 2026 and bookings are now open for tractor drivers!
If you would like to spread festive cheer around our rural communities, tractor drivers can find out more and book in their tractor by following the links below. The convoy sets off from a location near Southwell at approximately 5pm and the event normally lasts 3 hours. More detailed information will be sent out ahead of the event.
Entry is £30 per tractor and includes a hot meal and soft drink for each driver and passenger.
How do you sign up to drive a tractor?
1. Complete the Tractor Driver Booking Form and submit it online
2. Complete the Under 18 Parental Consent Form for all drivers or passengers under 18 years of age. Please note, under 18 passengers may not accompany drivers under the age of 18. Return a scanned copy to claire@nottsyfc.co.uk
4. Make a payment for £30 via Paypal using the QR code below or follow the link to Paypal here using your full name as a reference.
The deadline for bookings is Wednesday 28th November 2026.
