Nottinghamshire Federation of Young Farmers is very privileged to have be chosen as one of the first beneficiaries of the new look Co-op Community and Membership services.
The organisation provides a variety of positive activities for its members, aged 10 to 30 years; members don’t have to come from a farming background. It offers members the opportunity to take part in sport, be a leader, socialise, combined with a worldwide travel programme, gaining skills, competing nationally all whilst making friends and having a great time.
Have your sights set on a career and want to stand out from the crowd? YFC members gain many skills that you don’t get taught at school, and being a part of a voluntary organisation like ours will give you the confidence and opportunities to fulfil your dreams.
“We are always looking for new ways to generate funds, and we are thankful for Southwell Co-op for supporting Young Farmers in this way” says Lauren Clark, County Development Officer
How it works?
For the next six months, every time a member buys co-op branded products 1% of the spend goes to a local cause (by choosing YFC we’ll receive all of the donation)
We’ll also get a share of the money raised from the 5p carrier and re-usable bags.
